Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver within Karachi, Pakistan only. We plan to expand delivery to more cities soon.
How do I book a bridal appointment?
You can book a private bridal consultation by visiting our Contact Us page and filling out the inquiry form. One of our bridal consultants will reach out to confirm your slot.
How long does it take for custom bridal orders?
Our bespoke bridal outfits take approximately 8 to 12 weeks to craft, depending on the intricacy of the embellishments. We recommend booking your consultation well in advance.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
For Pret and Unstitched collections, we can modify orders within 24 hours of placement. Custom and formal wear orders cannot be modified once production has started.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be exchanged within 7 days. Please check our Shipping & Returns page for detailed information. If you need to return an item, please reach out via our Contact Us page.
