We currently deliver within Karachi, Pakistan only. We plan to expand delivery to more cities soon.
Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time BEFORE dispatch by contacting us at info@mirayapk.com or 0302 3804633 with your Order ID.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return per the policy below.
For prepaid cancelled orders, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Non-returnable: custom-stitched pieces, bridal couture, and discounted/sale items.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@mirayapk.com or 0302 3804633 with your Order ID. Return delivery cost is borne by the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect — in that case we cover it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (card payments refunded via Safepay; COD refunds via bank transfer).
